Country comparison Georgia VS Poland

Hello to everyone!

Today I would like to speak about similarities and differences between these two countries. Some of the opinions written below are my opinion, if you think you disagree with something, you can share your opinion with me.

Similarities:

Georgia

  1. Religion – Mostly Christianity
  2. Part of the Socrates–Erasmus Programme
  3. Affordable and Delicious Cuisine
  4. Hospitality – Extraordinary hospitality is deeply rooted in both culture. 
  5. Sense of Humour – a very specific, tart sense of humour that has a very solid foundation.
  6. People are formal and courteous but at the same time, can be very direct.
  7. Georgia still has two different mentalities. The middle aged and older generations would have started their working life in Communist times, when there was no service ethic, authority was not questioned and individuals were not empowered to make decisions, resulting in apathy and a lack of ambition.
  8. History – Member of the former Soviet Union.
  9. Belongs to: CoE (Council of Europe)

Poland

Restaurant Prices in Georgia are 18.77% lower than in Poland
Groceries Prices in Georgia are 18.40% lower than in Poland
Local Purchasing Power in Georgia is 50.93% lower than in Poland
