Hiking time to Lachowice and Brenna

It’s been awhile that I didn’t update you with news. Thus, I’m gonna take you with me on our trip to mountains with Gok Miedzna.

We went to Lachowice on 21st of August and to Brenna on 26th. Mostly we were hiking and enjoying it a lot. Lachowice is a small village with just over 2,000 inhabitants, located at the foot of the Beskid Żywiecki. There you should see dark brown mass of a wooden church with a tower, topped with a characteristic dome which is sculpted.  Even if we had other plans, it is worth getting off and paying attention to Kościółek św. Piotra i Pawła w Lachowicach. Then we walked one more hour for reaching the top of the mountains where are small, cozy and beautiful houses for hosting. We spent quiet a few mins for a rest over there and then went back.

Schronisko Chata Grabowa

As you have already knew this was not my first time to Brenna. Despite of this, we went to Schronisko Chata Grabowa which was closed on my first time, because of Covid19.  To be familiar with this is a wooden restaurant where you have possibilities to take a rest while hiking and try polish traditional dishes too. Amazing fact is about garden and trail of the Drowner. Following the fairy-tale trail of the Drowner the guide was telling us stories about wooden sculptures.

I should pointed out sunny weathers during our trips. To be honest, we really got tired but actually, enjoyeded too much! Thanks Gok Miedzna for this opportunity!
