My name is Khatuna Turmanidze. I turned 24 years old and I’m from beautiful country Sakartvelo/Georgia, city – Batumi. It’s south-west part of Georgia, with amazing Black Sea Seashore. Currently, I’m member of the amazing volunteering project – “Cross-border Education, Culture and Entrepreneurship”. So, I will be volunteering for upcoming 6 months in FRSP office in Wola, in frame of European Solidarity Corps Program. I consider this as a great opportunity to get to know more about this beautiful country – Poland- and of course volunteering aspects.
I have not been to Poland, therefore it is a great chance to see and explore this country. I know only basic information about Poland and I will learn more about this country in these 6 months. Also, I am ready and have a great interest in learning Polish language and, of course, I feel very happy and excited to be here with others.
As for personality shortly say that I am very active, hardworking and I am interested in everything that will improve my professional and human skills. As for the hobbies, there really are a lot of versatility in this regard. I like participate in different hikes or Intellectual trainings. One of my hobbies is painting, especially of nature. Also I love figure skating and skiing. I love watching movies based on reality. One of my hobbies is to study photo-video technologies and have practical experience.
I am up for a challenge, and willing to dedicate myself helping other people, because it offers an inspiring and empowering experience for young people who want to help, learn and develop. In accordance with this I am this person who want to help, learn and develop.
To sum up, I hope I will be able to give my contribution during my volunteering project by working and cooperating with others. As we know “Yesterday is a history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That’s why it is called the present”. So we need to do our own maximum now.
