To be honest, I don’t wanna dive into the science deeply and spend your time on that. However, I have something to tell you about the sleeping process and try to make you go to bed earlier🕙.
As you know, all of us need to sleep for about 8 hours. And then you should feel awesome🏋🏻♂️ and super energetic🧗🏻♀️ according to the rule of 8 hours of sleep. But for some reason, it didn’t happen. You are still worn out and deadly sleepy⚰️. Obviously, something goes wrong.
The thing is, there is a huge difference between going to bed at 10 pm and doing that a few hours later. In other words, when you sleep😴 8 hours from 10 pm to 6 am the value of sleep is much higher🙋🏻♀️ than if you go to bed later🙇🏻♀️. For example, you fall asleep at 1 am and wake up at 9 am. It seems that you slept for 8 hours. But in fact, you slept much less than that because of the value of time💎.
Remember that! And go to bed as early as it’s possible!
