Feel better

Last year I had been feeling no longer productive and was often emotionally tired. Whereas now, I am feeling as great as never before.

So, here are some tips that make me feel so much better:


๐Ÿ“ˆ๐—ง๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜…๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด. I find this strategy of time management the most helpful. What I do is I simply break down my tasks into small chunks and this helps me to โ€œfeel timeโ€ better and have a great plan for the day. Itโ€™s better not to change your schedule a lot immediately. Try not to wake up late, do not forget that you shouldnโ€™t rest for the whole month, use this valuable time for learning!

๐Ÿง๐—ข๐—ฏ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€. There are tons of great strategies, and techniques that people can recommend to you; but there is no 1 way for all of us. For example, some people feel great going to a gym in the morning, whereas for others the best way is to work out in the afternoon when they canโ€™t really concentrate on work. So, always try different things, change, adapt your schedule, and experiment, eventually youโ€™ll be really close to your Perfect Day.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐—ช๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐˜€. Exercises are so important, especially now, when we spend all of our days at home. The best way to start your training is to find the most appropriate plan for you.
Iโ€™ve learned this through my personal experience. About 3 years ago I started exercising. I still remember how unpleasant it was. The only thing that was in my mind back then was โ€œwhat is wrong with people who actually enjoy working out? :)โ€
Fortunately, in 2020 I gave it a shot once more. And now when I work out, I feel really good. I canโ€™t tell what is so different about my current training but it definitely feels good. I started to enjoy it.

โค๏ธ๐—ง๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฎ ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ป ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐—น๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ. This point is one of the most important for me. I believe that I canโ€™t feel like my day is nearly perfect if i do not talk to my partner or a friend.
It can be your friend, relative, roommate, colleague, anyone who can give you good vibes, or someone who you enjoy talking to. Even now, when you do not go out, still, there are different ways to communicate and make it fun. Even a small conversation can make your day so much better.
Most of your acquaintances are less busier now and it might be a good time to propose to a like-minded person to start a new hobby together or try something unusual.

โ˜€๏ธ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ฒ is one of the most powerful human emotions that changes your life completely.
As Tony Robbins said, โ€œSuccess without gratitude is the biggest failure of all.โ€
However, Iโ€™m not going to dive deep into it right now. I donโ€™t know if anyone can convince you that you should be grateful, I think that we realize it at some point in life.
